Encore Beach Club has officially released their launch date for 2019! In honor of the best time of year, pool season, I've decided to make some moves toward getting in shape for bikini season! And, of course, everything is better as a group so I thought I'd share my Pool Season starter plan with you.
This is going to be a 28 day, 4 week, daily program where I'll be posting in my Instagram stories working out with you every single day and helping to keep YOU motivated to keep going, not quit and reach for these goals. I have every day of every week of February planned out for us including 2 "Rest Days" a week where I fill in an option to stretch, do some gentle yoga, and/or meditate (I HIGHLY recommend the meditations). These workouts are all compiled of Youtube videos from some of my favorite YouTubers, and some I've newly discovered. I tried to keep every day between 20 minutes to an hour. This isn't about being perfect or doing every single thing. This is about us doing our best to achieve our health and fitness goals together. Do as much as you can, when you can. I am coming from having a baby and doing absolutely no working out for the last almost 2 years! But, I'm making a commitment to you and myself to work towards being healthier and comfortable in a Bikini this season. That's what this is all about, getting healthier and being comfortable in our skin!
To honor and reward our goals of moving towards a fit bod, I'd like you to come to the opening day of Encore Beach Club here in Las Vegas! Let's get together and bask in the glow of the bodies we just sculpted in 28 days! Opening day is set on March 1st, 2019. I highly recommend putting your vacation time in now for Thursday - Sunday so you can get a full Vegas weekend out of it. And I'd hate to have you rushing from check-in, to get ready, and come party with us Friday afternoon (that's definitely do-able though if you land early enough!) Do yourself a favor and book your hotel right now. You Will Earn It! And this will set you up to crushing the rest of your goals for 2019.
